Juggling Method
MORE BALLS THAN MOST
the
Take just one ball in your weak hand.  Sweeping your weak hand past your tummy button, throw it in an arc to your strong hand (figure A). As you throw, say "Throw" and as you catch say "Catch".  Do the same from your strong to weak hand.
Be gentle with yourself. Find that calm, collected person inside. Follow each stage and only move on when you've successfully managed the previous step at least three times in a row. If you hit problems, go back a few steps and practice them again.

Now hold two balls, one in each hand.  It helps at this stage to imagine a tall vertical box in front of you.  All the juggling will take place within this box.  With your weak hand, throw one ball to the opposite corner of the box.  As soon as it arrives at its target, throw the other ball upward towards its opposite corner (figure B).

Now we're moving.  Take two balls in your weak hand and one ball in your strong hand.  Repeat step 2 but ignore the third ball for the time being.  When launching the first ball, throw the one at the front of your hand.  Again, say "Throw, Throw-Catch, Catch (figure C).

Repeat step 3 but just as your second ball hits the opposite corner, throw the third ball from your weak hand up in the air - anywhere!  To get the hang of it say "Throw, Throw, THROW!"
5
This is the sexy move.  Repeat the action but instead of throwing the third ball anywhere, throw it to the opposite corner of your box.  You're now close to juggling (figure D).

At this stage there is really nothing new to learn except how to keep going.  As the third ball reaches the opposite corner of your box, throw the one already in that hand back over to the other corner.  The trick is to say "Throw, Throw, Throw, Throw....."  Guess what - you're juggling!!!!
